Tại sao không nghe được nhạc trên web site của Hoaphuongnam?
|
Để nghe nhạc bạn nhấn chuột vào link 'Nghe thử', một trang web mới với chương trình duyệt nhạc sẽ được mở ra. Nếu bạn không thấy trang web mới này, chương trình duyệt web của bạn hiện đang ngăn chận các pop-up. Xin làm theo chỉ dẫn sau đây để nghe nhac.
Bạn cần có chương trình Windows Media Player để có thể nghe nhạc. 
Nếu bạn dùng Internet Explorer
- Chọn Tools -> Pop-up Blocker -> Pop-up Blocker Settings...
- Phần 'Address of Web site to allow:' bạn đánh vào hoaphuongnam.com ***Lưu ý: Bạn chỉ đánh vào hoaphuongnam.com mà không có phần www
- Chọn Close sau đó đóng chương trình duyệt web và mở trở lại
Nếu bạn dùng Mozilla/Netscape
- Chọn Tools -> Options... -> Content và nhấn vào nút Allowed Sites
- Phần 'Address of web site' bạn đánh vào hoaphuongnam.com ***Lưu ý: Bạn chỉ đánh vào hoaphuongnam.com mà không có phần www
- Chọn Close sau đó đóng chương trình duyệt web và mở trở lại

Chỉ nghe được một đoạn, không hết cả bài hát?
|
Vì vấn đề bản quyền, Hoaphuongnam chỉ có thể giới thiệu để bạn nghe thử một đoạn của bài hát thay vì cả bài. Khoảng thời gian trung bình là 3 phút.

Muốn downloads bài hát phải làm thế nào?
|
Nhấn nút chuột bên phải vào hình  và chọn "Save Link Target As..." nếu bạn dùng Mozilla/Netscape. Nếu bạn dùng Internet Explorer (IE)/Opera, chọn "Save Target As.."

Không thể xác định lại thông tin đăng ký?
|
Nếu bạn không xác nhận các thông tin bạn cung cấp khi đăng ký trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày đăng ký, các thông tin này sẽ bị xóa bỏ. Bạn cần phải đăng ký trở lại. Bạn cũng cần phải đánh chính xác số mật mã xác nhận đã được gởi đến cho bạn.

Không đọc được tiếng Việt
|
Hoaphuongnam được thiết kế dùng kiểu chữ UTF-8 để hiển thị tiếng Việt. Nếu các bạn không đọc được chữ Việt trong Hoa phuong nam, xin chọn kiểu chữ UTF-8 cho browser của mình

Bạn không thể thêm bài hát, ca sĩ, album vào danh sách được yêu thích của mình
|
Trường hợp này xảy ra khi bạn tắt cookies trong browser. Để có thể thêm bài hát hay ca sĩ, album vào danh sách được yêu thích của bạn, bạn hãy bật cookies trong browser, sign out và đăng nhập trở lại.

Để đăng nhập, chương trình duyệt trang web của bạn phải dùng cookiie.
Nếu bạn dùng Netscape/Mozilla Click vào Edit->Preferences->Privacy & Security->Cookies và chọn Enable all cookies.
Nếu bạn dùng IE Click vào Tools->Internet Options->Privacy và chọn Medium cho tất cả các websites

I can't listen to the sample clips
|
Click on the link 'Nghe thử' to listen to the sample clip. It takes sometimes for your media player to buffer before it'll be able to play the clip. The time it takes the player to buffer depends greatly on your internet connection (ie: dial-up vs. broadband). On dial-up connection, the wait would be around 1 min or longer vs from 15 to 30 secs on broadband connection.

I can only hear part of the song downloaded, what gives?
|
Due to copyright protections of all the songs that are available at Hoaphuongnam web site, users are allowed only to listen to the sample clips, which is 3 mins in length, instead of the whole song.

How do I download free song on the downloads page?
|
'Save Link Target As...' for Netscape/Mozilla browsers. For Internet Explorer (IE)/Opera browsers, choose 'Save Target As...'

How do I listen to the sample clips?
|
Just click on the  icon and the browser will start to play the sample clip automatically. If you encouter any problem playing the sample clip, it's just that your browser has not been configured to handle a particular type of file.
For Mozilla/Netscape browsers on *nices/Windows platform:
1. Check 'Open using ...' and then click the 'Choose...' button to choose your media player of your preference (i.e: xmms, realplay etc...)
2. Uncheck 'Always ask before opening this type of file' check box so that the browser will automatically play the sample clip the next time it encounters this type of file.
3. Click on the 'Advanced...' button to set the default media player for this type of file
For Internet Explorer/Opera on Windows platform:
Installs either WinAmp or Windows Media will solve this problem.

Unable to confirm my registration

The information that you supplied during your registration will be deleted after seven days the day you registered. In this case, you would have to register again. If you choose to type in the confirm registration passcode manually, please type it exactly as it appears in the email sent to you.

The page is rendered with funny looking characters in my browser
|
Hoaphuongnam site is encoded with UTF-8 charset to display Vietnamese characters correctly. Most current browsers will auto-detect the character coding and display the characters accordingly. If for some reasons your browser doesn't render the page correctly, then simply choose UTF-8 as character decoding option for your browser will fix the problem.

I can't add song/album/artist to my favorites list

The problem would likely be you have your cookies turned off. Since Hoaphuongnam website uses cookies, it won't function properly without them. Turn on your cookies, sign out if you've already signed in then sign back in. This would solve the problem.

Hoaphuongnam website uses cookies and it won't function properly without them. Follow these steps to turn on your cookies.
Netscape/Mozilla: Click on Edit->Preferences->Privacy & Security->Cookies then choose Enable all cookies.
IE: Click on Tools->Internet Options->Privacy then lower the slide bar to Medium
